Account information
We store the company name, business ID, address and the contact person's name, email and phone number to operate your bidder account, send auction notifications and fulfil sales. The business ID is checked against the Finnish trade register (PRH open data).
Bids, purchases and audit records
Bids, results and purchases are tied to your company. Every bid, award, revocation, account freeze and staff access to bids is logged with user and time. Audit records cannot be edited and are kept for the legally required period.
Vehicle information
Vehicle history reports are shown without previous owners' personal data. Vehicle register lookups are logged for at least 24 months as required by Traficom.
Transactional emails (verification, bid receipts, results, notifications) are sent in Finnish or English per your preference and logged with delivery status. Optional reminder emails can be switched off in My account.
Your rights
Contact persons may request an export or deletion of their personal data, except records the law requires us to keep (sale and bid records). Use the contact page to make a request.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, sign-in is rate limited and sessions expire. Staff accounts are expected to use two-factor authentication.
